This function creates a vertically scrollable column with a shadow, clip, background, and padding, intended to be used as the main content area for context menus in Material 3 designs.
Use this composable function to render the content of a context menu if you only want to modify the row content of the io.github.joshmcrose.material3.KontextMenu.
